📁 Download the Plugin
The folder should be named mos-help-and-support

📂 Find Your Vault's Plugin Folder
Open your Obsidian vault folder on your computer, then navigate to:
.obsidian/plugins/
If the plugins folder doesn't exist, create it!

📋 Copy the Plugin
Copy the entire mos-help-and-support folder into the plugins folder.
YourVault/.obsidian/plugins/mos-help-and-support/

✅ Enable the Plugin
- Open Obsidian
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Click Community plugins
- Turn OFF "Restricted mode" if prompted
- Find "MOS Help & Support" and toggle it ON

⚙️ Configure Your Connection
Still in Settings, click on MOS Help & Support in the sidebar:
- Enter your Site URL (example: https://wpacm.billaking.com)
- Enter your API Key (get this from your admin)
- Click Test Connection
Don't add a trailing slash to the URL!

You're All Set!
Click the ❓ help icon in your sidebar to open the Help Desk!
You can also press Ctrl+P (or Cmd+P on Mac) and type "Help Desk"
